iiSBE AGM to be held in Malta on 20 November

Te iiSBE Annual General Meeting for 2019 will be held in Malta on November 20, the day before the two-day SBE Malta conference is to take place. We are trying to emphasize the role of videoconferencing this year, to reduce our travel emissions. We are expecting 9 iiSBE members to attend in person and about 10-12 more to link in via Skype.

Annual report for Eindhoven iiSBE AGM

The annual report on iiSBE activities for 2018is available for download. It forms the background for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will take place on 4 November in Eindhoven, Netherlands, the day before the beginning of the Eindhoven SBE19 conference on 5 November.

iiSBE holds 2016 AGM in Paris, 22 September

On 22 September, iiSBE held its Annual General Meeting at the office of UNEP in Paris. 12 members participated in the lively all-day meeting. Participants included Board members from Canada, Korea, Malta, Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, Belgium and France.

The Annual Report was tabled and discussions included issues of financing, current projects and future reorganization.

Barcelona AGM and WSB14 conference

The iiSBE AGM was held in Barcelona on 27 October, the day before the World SB14 (WSB14) conference was held in the same city. Both events were solid successes.

The AGM attracted 35 members, all of whom also attended WSB14. Luis Braganca chaired the meeting, which included an annual report, a financial report and elections for the Board of Directors. The conference extended over three days and 144 separate sessions, lots of plenary lectures, exhibits, and reportedly 2300 delegates

iiSBE Annual General Meeting is coming up

The iiSBE Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in conjunction with the SB13 event in Graz (Austria) starting at 13:30 on 25 September. In addition to the election of new Directors, there will be discussion of progress in the SB conference series, detailed presentation on plans for the SB Challenge project for 2014, and a discussion of strategic issues, led by Greg Foliente. The AGM will be chaired by Luis Braganza, President of iiSBE.
