At the last conference in Oslo in 2002, Tokyo was selected by iiSBE and CIB as the next venue for the Sustainable Building series of conferences. The 2005 World Sustainable Building Conference will be held in Tokyo during September 27-29, 2005. A large number of building researchers, practitioners, officials, industry representatives and students from all over the world will gather at this conference to exchange the latest knowledge and experience regarding "Sustainable Buildings". The conference will also feature reports from a series of related small SB conferences being held in 2004 in developing regions.
